What an influencer campaign actually costs in Spain (2026 pricing guide)

Real ranges by creator tier and platform - mid-tier to mega, Instagram to TikTok to YouTube to Twitch. With the four hidden cost lines most brands forget to budget.

The number one question we get from foreign brands considering Spain is "what does it actually cost". Public reference data is patchy and most agency rate cards are inflated by 30-50% above what creators will accept. This is what we see week-to-week in 2026, broken down by tier and platform.

Headline ranges

These are the ranges we negotiate against. The low end is achievable for the right brand and the right brief. The high end is what you pay if you are a category competitor or if you need same-week turnaround.

TierFollowersInstagram (single post + 2 stories)TikTok (single video)YouTube (integration, 60-90s)Twitch (stream segment)

Mid50K-250K€1.5K-€5K€1K-€4K€3K-€10K€2K-€8K
Macro250K-1M€5K-€20K€4K-€15K€10K-€40K€8K-€30K
Mega1M-5M€20K-€60K€15K-€50K€40K-€120K€30K-€100K
Top-tier5M+€60K-€200K+€50K-€150K+€120K-€500K+€100K-€400K+

A few notes on reading the table:

  • YouTube is consistently the highest because it requires the most production time on the creator side.
  • Twitch is undervalued by foreign brands. The CPV is excellent and the audience attention is real (90 seconds inside a 4-hour stream beats a 60-second Instagram story).
  • Top-tier rates (Ibai, TheGrefg) can be 2-3x the table above for the right brand. They can also walk away from anything below their floor.

What a multi-creator campaign actually costs

For a typical 4-8 week campaign with 5-10 creators across two platforms, we see total budgets land in these brackets:

  • Test campaign (3-4 mid-tier creators, 1 platform): €15K-€40K all-in
  • Launch campaign (6-8 creators, mid + 1 macro, 2 platforms): €60K-€150K all-in
  • Brand programme (always-on, 4 campaigns over 12 months): €250K-€700K annual
  • Major launch (mega anchor + supporting cast, paid amplification): €200K-€800K all-in

Below €15K is not a campaign, it is a test booking with one creator. We will sometimes recommend that over a thin multi-creator campaign.

The four hidden cost lines

These are the lines that surprise brands who only budget the creator fees:

1. Usage rights and exclusivity. Standard creator deals give you 30 days of organic posting. If you want to repost the content in paid media, or restrict the creator from posting for a competitor for 90 days, both add 20-50% to the fee.

2. Production costs. A creator in their own apartment with their phone is included in the fee. A creator at a location shoot, with a videographer, with a stylist, is not. Plan €3K-€15K per location shoot day on top of the creator fee.

3. Agency / management commission. Most macro+ creators are managed. Their managers add 15-25% on top of the creator fee, sometimes invoiced separately. This is normal - just budget for it.

4. Paid media amplification. If you want the content to travel beyond the creator's organic reach, plan an additional €0.5K-€5K per piece of content for amplification. Without it, even the best organic content tops out around the creator's average view count.

How rates move through the year

  • Q1 (Jan-Mar): Rates are softer post-Christmas; creators are looking for work. Best window for cost-efficient testing.
  • Q2 (Apr-Jun): Steady. Summer brands start to book in May.
  • Q3 (Jul-Aug): Mid-August is dead. Top creators are away. July is fine but watch deliverable timelines.
  • Q4 (Oct-Dec): Most expensive window. Black Friday and Christmas demand pushes top-tier rates 30%+ above table.

What we'd push back on

If a creator quotes you above the high end of their tier without a clear reason (category lock-out, exclusivity, urgent timeline) - it is negotiable. If a creator quotes you below the low end of their tier - check why. The most common reason is that their engagement has dropped and they have not adjusted the rate yet.
